Chief Justice of India Uday Umesh Lalit Thursday said media reports claiming that a Supreme Court bench has criticised the new system of listing of cases are 'not correct' and all judges of the apex court are on the same page.
The plea was filed by Rajneesh Singh, a Bharatiya Janata Party youth media in-charge, before the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad high court that sought the directions to the Archaeological Survey of India to probe the 22 closed doors in the Taj Mahal to ascertain the presence of the idols of Hindu deities.
The apex court's five-judge Constitution bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra said Aadhaar is meant to help benefits reach the marginalised sections of the society and takes into account the dignity of people not only from personal but also from community point of view.
"Since beginning, I am hearing this that if I am not with you, then I am an Aadhaar judge. I don't care," the judge said.
The bench laid down guidelines as to who would execute the will and how the nod for passive euthanasia would be granted by the medical board.

The apex court asked Attorney General K K Venugopal to assist it to deal with the plea.
The 5-judge bench, was referring to four senior most judges of apex court -- Justices J Chelameswar, Ranjan Gogoi, M B Lokur and Kurian Joseph -- who had held January 12 press conference against CJI Dipak Misra raising litany of questions on allocation of cases.
The move came after a high powered selection committee comprising Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Justice A K Sikri and leader of Congress in Lok Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge, in a split verdict, decided to transfer him 21 days ahead of the completion of his tenure.
He has been removed from the high-profile post on the charges of corruption and dereliction of duty making him the first chief in the history of the agency to face such action.
